Spray gluing machine with conveyor belt, dryer unit and automatic loader

The TB1601 AUTOLOADER system is an automatic system for loading and applying water-based spray adhesive on belts and strips.The maximum gluing width is 1,540 mm. The material to be glued is positioned on the conveyor belt of the gluing machine using a patented loading and unloading system.While the loading system feeds the conveyor belt, it advances so that the spray gun can apply the adhesive, with an alternating movement from right to left.The work cycle is programmed via an LCD touch screen operator panel. When the material in the loader runs out, the system automatically switches to auto-off, finishing the material inside the gluing cabin first.At the rear there is a drying station that blows heated air on the glued pieces. The adjustable air temperature can reach 70°C. The presence of this drying unit also allows the glue to be heated in order to obtain better adhesion of the parts. The easily replaceable conveyor belt is made of 5 mm thick polyester fiber material. The suction under this belt allows the piece to be blocked during the adhesive spraying phase. The suction system, in addition to acting through the conveyor belt, is able to suck the overspray dust through the filters positioned on the left, right sides and on the rear wall of the machine structure.
